A few days before the scheduled move-out cleaning, they proactively checked if I needed to change timing/date in case movers had not moved the stuff out.

The cleaner Angie arrived on time, brought all cleaning supplies, and was polite. Angie was thorough and diligent in her work. She didn't cut any corners and put elbow grease where needed to remove stains from oven. After she finished the cleaning, the house was left perfect for new residents to move in. This company consistently delivers wonderful and detailed cleans for my family and I. We do a monthly re-occurring standard clean and have always had a good experience. The cleaners are always on time and show up with a positive attitude and do a highly detailed job. We have two dogs so our carpets can get pretty mucky but their team always does a great job of getting stains and smells out and leaving the house smelling fresh and new. I would highly suggest this company to anyone in NOVA looking for a reliable and professional cleaning company.

We hired Polished Living Cleaning for a standard clean of our townhouse in Reston, and the difference was night and day. Their team showed up on time, brought their own supplies, and paid close attention to details other cleaning services in Northern Virginia tend to skip — baseboards, door frames, even behind the furniture. We've since switched to their bi-weekly recurring plan and it's honestly the best cleaning service we've used in the DC metro area. We have been working with Polished Living Cleaning for last four weeks and we have received quality cleaning at a reasonable price compared to other cleaning services in the area for bi weekly cleaning. They are attentive to details and ensure the living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other areas of the home are properly dusted, vacuumed, and wiped/moped.

We will continue to have them clean our home on a bi-weekly basis and very satisfied with their services.

I am very pleased with Polished Living. The attention to detail is wonderful. The smell of the cleansers was fresh but far from overpowering. Super nice housekeeper who asked if we needed anything else and went over the things she did. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give her a 10 for today.
